The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, published in the Official Newspaper dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677, in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons processing personal data in the processing of personal data (hereinafter “KVK Law”). Izmakpar Makine Kalıp Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Sti. (hereinafter referred to as “İzmakpar”), we would like to inform you in the capacity of Data Controller, pursuant to article 10 of the law titled “Information Obligation of Data Controller”.

İzmakpar shows maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data. With this awareness, we process the personal data of personal data owners as explained below and within the limits ordered by the legislation and documents proving identity must be attached to the application.
1- About the Data Controller
Pursuant to the KVK Law, as Izmakpar, in the capacity of Data Controller, your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below; can process, save, store, classify, update in accordance with the law and honesty rules and disclose/transfer to third parties or abroad, where permitted by the legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed.

Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected and processed by İzmakpar for the following purposes, with the personal data collected during the recruitment process of the candidates applying for a job to our Company and the special quality personal data collected according to the nature of the job (for example, your identity data, contact data, criminal record record, photo, health data, etc.).:
Confirmation of workplace and business processes safety,
Determination of wages and benefits,
Determining whether there are other relatives working in our company and determining the superior-subordinate relationship in the workplace in a healthy way,
Meeting the workforce need that will arise in the future through the personnel candidate pool system,
Determining the benefits that family members/relatives can obtain due to work,
To meet the requirements of the relevant legislation or the demands of authorized institutions or organizations,
Developing and improving the company's recruitment policies,
It is necessary in order to measure the work aptitude of the job applicants and to follow the job application process,
Ensuring the physical security of the workplace, determining your location in the workplace,
Execution of human resources processes and policies,
Personal data are collected by the specified methods and means and are stored within legal periods in accordance with the relevant legislation. When the fields of activity of İzmakpar are evaluated, in accordance with the legislation to which it is subject, it reserves the right to keep the information, documents, papers and documentation regarding job applications in its own corporate archive, provided that it is kept confidentially and securely in printed and internal network electronic media.
Personal data can be collected in all kinds of physical and electronic media by the methods and means listed below:

Digital application form published in written or electronic environment,
Resumes submitted by candidates to our company via e-mail, cargo, reference and similar methods,
Employment or consulting companies,
During the interview, by means of video conferencing, telephone or in case of face-to-face interviews,
Checks made to confirm the accuracy of the information conveyed by the candidate and researches made by Izmakpar,
Recruitment tests that identify talent and personality traits, conducted by experts with experience and the results of which are examined.
Your collected personal data can be processed by İzmakpar for the following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVK Law and within the Personal Data Processing conditions and purposes specified in the 5th and 6th articles of the KVK Law:

Your request, including your applications regarding your rights listed above, with the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law; By filling out the Contact Form on the website www.izmakpar.com with the KVKK notification option, "İzmakpar Makine Kalıp Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Sti. NOSAB N.206 Sok. No:1/A Nilüfer/Bursa / TÜRKİYE” address, by personally sending documents identifying your identity, through a notary public or other methods specified in the KVK Law, or by sending an e-mail to kvkk@izmakpar.com.
İzmakpar will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the cost determined in the "Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ" may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Applications should be made in Turkish. In the applications, the name, surname and if the application is written, the signature, for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, is T.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number/identity number, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone or fax number, and subject of request, if any.
In the application containing the explanations regarding the right that the personal data owner has and to use the above-mentioned rights; The subject requested must be clear and understandable, the subject requested must be related to his person or if he is acting on behalf of someone else, he must be specifically authorized in this regard and document his authority, the application must include identity and address information, and documents proving his identity must be attached to the application.

We report as "Data Controller" within the scope of KVK Law.
